Please fill out one line below for each member and adviser attending the conference. If a member in 9th through 11th grade is not an officer, please select an officer class for them to attend. All non officers who are not seniors are required to be assigned to an officer class. All option fields must be filled out for each attendee. Leave any extra rows blank and hit the submit button at the end of the form. If you have more than 25 attendees, just submit a second form. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your registration and an invoice.
